Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the current investigative release.
